Winds Are Changling... chapter 3? · 4:08am Nov 2nd, 2015
Ok... I am weary, and have been out of words lately, but I think i'm ready to get out a third chapter. What do you all think? Should I do this?

1815 words. Pretty much one overall continuous scene- sure its more like a few sort moments but its all pretty much in one room.
Which is probably a weird way to put things in context- chapter 2 was only a few scenes as well- TwiPie scene, spa scene, post office adjacent scenes, hayburger stuff, fluttershy's house.
So, despite having to spend most of Saturday dealing with various issues with my car, I managed to get a fair bit of progress done on Chapter Three today. Three scenes of a planned four are currently complete. The final scene shouldn't take too long, and with luck I'll be able to get the chapter up some time tonight at the earliest.
In other news, GL:A hit its 420th like in the last 48 hours.
From a Skype discussion* between Pusspuss and I about something I'm putting in the final scene of Chapter Three:
[12:06:20 AM] Me: Oh, and tsundere Nurse Faran is tsundere...
[12:06:38 AM] P^2: o.o
[12:06:41 AM] P^2: when did that happen?
[12:06:42 AM] P^2: XD
[12:07:02 AM] Me: It's starting in this chapter that I'm writing.
I know it's taken me longer than anticipated (big surprise, right? ), but I finally finished the second of three scenes in Part Two of Chapter Three.
The final scene should be fairly short, but I'm not going to promise any timeline for completion. God knows I've let far too many self-imposed deadlines slip on this fic already.
I'm currently sitting here with two of a planned four scenes completed for Chapter Three, and gdocs is telling me that it's 8873 words long with just these two scenes. Since the remaining two scenes promise to be about as long, I'm considering splitting this chapter into two parts so that you guys don't have to read another marathon 20K chapter. (And so that you don't have to wait two whole months for the next chapter. ) I'll let you know what I decide in an upcoming
When will Part Two of Chapter Three be uploaded?
Yeah, I know. A few hours turned into a few days, but I got pretty busy! Hopefully the chapter makes up for it?

It's right there if you wanna dive straight in! If you want to read on, check below the break!
I hate to say it, but I'm really struggling with this final scene of Chapter Three, so since you all have been waiting patiently for the next chapter, I'm going to split the final scene off into a separate chapter and put up what I have so far. I'll be posting the new chapter some time in the next six to twelve hours, so be sure to look for it then.
Hey, readers. This is just a quick post to say that I've completed drafting on about 9/10ths of chapter three of Fullmetal Pony. The remaining work left to do is entirely in one scene of 3.4, which - for once - I know exactly where I want it to go. The rest includes a whole battery of second drafts for the other chapter segments...including one that puts the focus squarely on Flash Sentry!
*Boo*
Updates on this story may end up being a little sporadic, but here is chapter 3 for you all. Next chapter will most likely end up releasing some time next week. Regardless, hope you enjoy everyone!
Thanks for reading everyone!
Yes, the long overdue chapter and continuation of the story is soon here! Putting on the finishing touches now. I'll explain why it took so long and what happened since my last post in my next post sometime tomorrow. For now get excited, it's almost here!
The pants are optional.
BronyCon has come once again, and I'll be there! I'll be hanging around the Vendor Hall a lot of the time, potentially by table #224. Wherever I end up, if you find me, don't be afraid to stop and say hello!
Just in time for BronyCon comes chapter three of Never Stop Smiling, drawing the story to its conclusion. Almost three years since I released the first chapter, I'm glad to finally complete this story.
Give it a read. I'd love to know what you think!
I'm feeling a little bit better. I might be able to start writing soon.
Thank you and stay tuned! 🌺
